As part of his real estate and property practice, Adv. Eyal Sternberg advises real estate companies, developers, contractors, commercial centers, investors and private clients on complex transactions and projects. His practice includes advising on the acquisition and sale of residential properties, commercial properties and land, construction and urban renewal projects, as well as drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, co-ownership agreements and commercial agreements relating to real estate.

In the field of real estate litigation, Adv. Eyal Sternberg represents clients in a wide range of disputes, including disputes concerning urban renewal projects, proprietary and declaratory claims, partition proceedings, eviction and removal proceedings, construction defects and non-conformities, diminution in value, disputes between rights holders, claims for reasonable use and occupancy fees, possession and use disputes, as well as claims relating to encroachment and trespass.
